Espresso Machines - LM Works
LM Works is La Marzocco’s machine customization program. Pick and choose from any of the following options to add to your new La Marzocco espresso machine.
Mechanical Paddle
 Advanced. Soft. Pre-infusion.
» Enables Advanced Soft Pre-infusion, pressure profiling from zero to boiler pressure.
» Gives direct control over soft pre-infusion, allowing the barista to bring out the best taste profile of the espresso.
» Comes standard with PID.
» Available on all La Marzocco espresso machines.
Individual Boilers with Separate PID Controllers
The title says it all.
» Individual boilers for each group.
» Independent PID controlled temperature settings per group.
» Optimizes the extraction of different espressos blends or origins.
» Available on any La Marzocco espresso machine.
Individual Pumps
» Individual pump and motor for each group.
» Eliminates pressure variance when another group is activated.
» Available on any La Marzocco espresso machine with individual boilers.
Custom Color
In addition to the standard colors available on any FB/80, FB/70, and Swift, custom color and/or decal are also available via special order.
» Custom PMS color.
» Can be shipped unfinished as a canvas for your artistic exploration.
Dual Water Inlets
» Routes incoming cold water line through the steam boiler for preheating before entering the coffee boiler.
» Heats and stablizes incoming water for the coffee boiler to optimize thermal stability.
» Mix valve after the steam boiler ensures preheated water is within specified range before entering the coffee boiler.
» Provides the option of separate water filtration specifications for coffee and steam water.
» Available on Linea and FB/70. Standard on GB/5 and FB/80.
Preheater
» Routes incoming cold water line through the steam boiler for preheating before entering the coffee boiler.

Barista Lights
LED lights adjacent to the groupheads. Illuminates the espresso prep area.
PID Controllers
Adds PID controlled temperature stability to the coffee and/or steam boiler. Includes one coffee boiler PID for 2-3 group machines and two PIDs for 4 group machines.
» Available on Linea and FB/70.
» Available for coffee and/or steam boiler.
» Standard on GB/5, FB/80, and all Mechanical Paddle espresso machines.
Portaflon
Proprietary Portaflon non-stick coating for steam wands and portafilters. Makes cleaning crusty, dried milk on steam wands entirely effortless, simply with a damp towel. Cleaning portafilters is much easier as well.
Crono Keypad
Enables automatic timer for tracking espresso shots on Linea and FB/70 models.
AutoSteam
Temperature probe integrated steam wand that automatically steams milk up to a preset temperature.
