•The Sorrento espresso machines has the largest boilers and high wattage
in the industry for faster steam recovery.
•Cold water mixing valve decreases the volume of water drawn
from the boiler for the preparation of Americanos or tea by 1/3.
This allows for a greater retention of steam volume.
•The hot water tap has a cold water mixing valve that allows
you to adjust the hot water to the same temperature that you brew
your espresso improving your quality for Americanos and teas.
It is also portion controlled, allowing you to multi-task which
eliminates unnecessary steps resulting in faster preparation of
HTTP/1.1 100 Continue
drinks and better service to their customers. The machine achieves a smooth
soft pour and shuts off at the desired volume.
•Patent-Pending TAGH (Temperature Adjusting Group Head) – allows each brewing
group to be adjusted to the recommended temperature for the coffee
to achieve the best extraction and allows us to turn the pressure
stat of the machine to 1.3 atmospheres without burning the coffee. The Sorrento
achieves a 20% increase in power in a comparison of equal boiler size and wattage
because of this unique feature.
