The ECM Sorrento SC Magic Cup has all of the same great features
of the regular SC plus a lower drip tray. This feature allows the user
to extract the shot directly into the cup (up to a 20 oz. cup). The
result is a better cup of espresso, because all of the crθme goes into
the cup instead of being left on the inside of the shot glasses. This
feature is also a timesaver saving the user 5 steps by eliminating
the use of shot glasses.

Thermo-syphon circulation system, progressive pre-infusion, heat

Side panels made of diecast aluminum, varnished with a clear
coat.
Button for semi-automatic brewing (start/stop).
Digital display of brew time. Brew time control is
fundamental to obtain a perfect espresso with the right extraction.
It guarantees consistent quality.
Two touch buttons for automatic portion control.
Touch button for automatic hot water portion control.
Extra large boiler capacity (standard is 14 liter on 2 group and
22 liter on 3 group machines; special order for 18 liter on 2 group
and 27 liter on 3 group machines combined to 1, 4 liter heat
exchangers).
Hot water spout. Hot water feature comes with water
tempering valve. This feature prevents dangerous hot water
sprays and simultaneously maintains the correct hot water
temperature for tea and americanos. This feature also
increases the steam output by 35%.
Cup heating tray, front panel, and drip tray area are made of
best quality stainless steel (AISI 304).
Heavy duty group weighs over 4 kg (approx. 9 lb) providing
maximum thermic stability. The mechanical pre-infusion system
guarantees the smoothest coffee extraction with optimum aroma, crema
and body of the coffee.
Machine comes with patented system for precise and easy
temperature setting for each individual coffee brewing group.
Automatic boiler level control (boiler auto fill) with sight
glass allowing visual control of boiler water levels. Rinsed
at each boiler water fill, sight glass remains crystal clear even
after years of service.
Pressure gauge for boiler and pump pressure control.
