 Burgess Enterprises is the designer, master wholesaler and
exclusive factory representative of the Sorrento line of espresso
equipment.
The Sorrento espresso machine has been designed specifically for
the type of drinks that originated in Seattle and the North American
market.
In North America, milk-based drinks are sold in large quantities
throughout the day, requiring consistent, high volumes of steam
power. So our challenge was to make an espresso machine that
would produce the highest quality drinks and have enough steam power
to handle the high volumes. The Sorrento line does that and
more, allowing our customers to reach their full sales potential.
